workshop (subject to availability) to reduce your wait time to a minimum

- All your aftersales requirements can be met
- An aftersales appointment within five days
- When booking, we will ensure that as much information is recorded as possible so we can best prepare for your appointment
- When booking, we will offer you alternative transport
- We will provide same-day diagnosis for warranty work
- We will keep you informed of your vehicle’s progress through the workshop
- We will seek your authorisation for any additional work which may be required
- We will do our very best to ensure that work on your vehicle is completed on the same day, or at the very most, the day after
- A complimentary wash for service vehicles
- You will be charged a competitive and fair rate for the work undertaken
- There will be no hidden charges
- We will contact you after your visit to ensure that your aftersales experience met all your expectations
